Clean Eating Diet Plan

A sample 3 day clean eating diet plan to cure your Dyshidrotic Eczema.

Follow this plan as a guideline and once you get used to eating healthy foods, create your own. 


Monday diet plan:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach and sprinkled cheese

Snack: One Banana and half a mango

Lunch: Kidney beans with red peppers, carrots, peas, corn, green beans and a balsamic dressing. No Cesar, Ranch or Sesame Dressing

Snack: Banana, apple, and nectarine smoothie

Dinner: Grilled steak with sauteed butternut squash, zucchini, broccoli and green beans


Tuesday diet plan:

Breakfast: Quinoa bowl mixed with milk, blueberries, and raspberries 

Snack: Greek yogurt with blackberries, fig, and acai

Lunch: Pan fried shrimp with fresh arugula, onions, tomatoes, and a squeeze of lemon with olive oil dressing

Snack: Mix fruits salad 

Dinner: Chicken, tomato, and onion Kebabs


Wednesday diet plan:

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg with avocado, tomato, and oven-baked broiled asparagus

Snack: A cup of nuts with green tea

Lunch: Watermelon-mint salad with feta cheese

Snack: A cup of carrots and or cucumbers with a tablespoon of hummus

Dinner: Pan fried scallops salad, with lettuce and hard-boiled eggs


These are simple and healthy recipes and Google is your best friend to finding healthy recipes. All you need for a healthy recipe are salt, pepper, herbs, and spices. Remember to avoid junk foods at all cost. By eating clean, simple, and healthy, your dyshidrotic skin will slowly heal and by following a clean diet, within two weeks, say hello to clear skin! 


You must be 100% Committed on reducing your sugar intake. Reducing sugar will cause weight loss as well. Always consult your doctor before proceeding with this diet.
