Clean Eating is a lot easier if your pantry is full of healthy food. We do not have the power to stop ourselves if you see unhealthy food in the pantry, we are highly likely to eat it. Throw out the bad food and go grocery shopping.  The way to eating healthy is to enjoy an assortment of nutritious foods from each of the Five Food Groups. Here is a food list for clean eating.
